Superfood Raw Chocolate

Chocolate for life: energy, mood, libido, adrenal health, AND stress relief! [plus YUMMM!] Plus it's easy to make!

  • 1 cup cacao powder 
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar or maple syrup (or more depending on how sweet you like it!)
  • 1/2 cup cacao butter, melted (use a double boiler, or a bowl on top of a saucepan of boiling water to melt)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract (or bean)
  • 2 Tbsps maca powder 
  • 1 tsp pine pollen [optional libido boost]
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1/3 cup cacao nibs

Mix all the dry ingredients together, slowly adding the cacao butter, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Line a tray with baking paper, pour the mix in -- sprinkle with matcha, and freeze until set! Viola! Keep stored in the refrigerator between eating! <3 

AMAZING optional ingredients: sunflower (pictured), rose or lavender petals for extra calm; nuts, chia seeds or hemp seeds for a protein boost; fennel seeds for digestion; and lemon peel, golden berries or goji berries (pictured) for immune boosting support and tang... Basically, you can add anything you like, have fun with it! XO
