DIY Immune-Boosting Super Blend

This week we're switching out lemon in our morning DIY blend for other mega immune-boosting uberfoods, orange and lime! [hello vitamin C ! AND other essential nutrients such as potassium, folate, calcium, thiamin & B6 plus, plus!!] Not to mention, a delicious dose of anti-inflammatory wonder food turmeric--- and our absolute fave fruit of them all, avocado! So, basically, it's the greatest blend outside of a Luli bottle! ;-) 


  • 2 cups of Kale
  • 1 cup of lettuce
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • juice of 1 lime
  • juice of orange
  • 1 thumb fresh turmeric [sub for 1 tsp powder if fresh isn't available!]
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup of fresh mint
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter [sub for almond butter or tahini ] 
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper

Fill blender with 4 cups of filtered water [sub for coconut H2o if you prefer a sweeter boost]  Add ingredients. Blend to perfection-- [around 30 seconds].  NOM NOM
