Ice-Tray Choc Almond Buttercups
Easyyyy like a Sunday morning: choc almond buttercups, made in an ice tray, super simple AND nourishing. 🍫
Melt 1/2 cup cacao butter -- then add 1 cup raw cacao powder, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tbsp Maca powder, 1 tbsp cacao nibs & 2 tbsps maple syrup (sub raw honey or coconut sugar) -- mix well to form a thick liquid constancy-- pour into two ice trays --- add a dollop of raw almond butter to each, sprinkle with more cacao nibs & a dash of Himalayan salt --- place in the freezer for at least 1 hour-- and viola !!!
ps. Don't want the caffeine or sugar? Sub cacao for carob (it's naturally sweet!!) and if needed add a few drops of stevia)
