Drink Your Greens
This morning (or afternoon?) green blend is packed with an abundance of dark leafy greens, micro greens, healthy fats, protein & spices -- and is bound to leave your entire body on an uber nutrient high!

AMPED UP GREEN BLEND
[makes 2-4 servings-- depending on how much you wanna chug!?]
2 cups unsweetened Macadamia Mylk
1 cup filtered water
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup kale
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup micro greens
1/2 cup chopped celery stalks
1 tsp turmeric - (1-2 thumbs fresh) or powder
1/2 avocado
1 tsp coconut oil
1 scoop collagen protein powder [optional booster]
4 dried figs
I highly recommend a high-speed blender for this bad boy [I use a Vitamix -- but blendtec is also great!]
Add all ingredients to your blender
Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until it's nice and smooth
