Drink Your Greens

This morning (or afternoon?) green blend is packed with an abundance of dark leafy greens, micro greens, healthy fats, protein & spices -- and is bound to leave your entire body on an uber nutrient high!

AMPED UP GREEN BLEND

[makes 2-4 servings-- depending on how much you wanna chug!?]

  • 2 cups unsweetened Macadamia Mylk 

  • 1 cup filtered water

  • 2 cups baby spinach 

  • 1 cup kale

  • 1 cup broccoli florets 

  • 1/2 cup micro greens 

  • 1/2 cup chopped celery stalks

  • 1 tsp turmeric - (1-2 thumbs fresh) or powder

  • 1/2 avocado 

  • 1 tsp coconut oil 

  • 1 scoop collagen protein powder [optional booster]

  • 4 dried figs

 I highly recommend a high-speed blender for this bad boy [I use a Vitamix -- but blendtec is also great!] 

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender

  2. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until it's nice and smooth 

  3. SERVE
